Is BigSpot.com a Legit Biz Op or a Scam?

By WFHR Editor

What is bigspot.com? What should I know before joining them? Is it any good or a scam?

We get it; you probably have a lot of questions right now. We aim to answer them all in this review in which we take a closer look at BigSpot which claims you can make money by completing short website surveys.

What Is Big Spot?

The process is as simple as it gets. Just go to the platform, sign up for a free account, and you’re ready to go. Take surveys, and get paid for your opinions.

Name: BigSpot

Website: bigspot.com

Type: Business Opportunity

Price: Free

The website advertises very often with its commercials showing up on both TV and online platforms. They claim to offer paid surveys to people who are easy to complete.

How It Works

As a part of the onboarding process, you will have to provide your personal information. Once that’s done, you will be presented with a list of survey websites that are a good fit for your application.

Big Spot Survey

To join these websites, you will have to enter your personal & demographic-related information again. It looks like BigSpot.com doesn’t have any surveys of its own and they are just a middleman between you and the actual survey websites.

Other websites which work similarly include Survey Club, American Consumer Panels, and American Online Jobs. They simply send you a list of survey websites through their links (often referral links). This means you can go directly to these websites and sign up without their intervention.

You’re providing your information to the company; they’re sending you places through their affiliate links and making money as a result. It’s also possible your personal information is not safe with them, and they may be selling it to other data companies.

Can You Make Money With BigSpot?

Yes, you can definitely make a few bucks with them. However, it’s not worth it considering the time you will put into completing individual surveys.

Like with any other survey website, expect to earn anywhere between $2 to $4 per survey which takes 30-45 minutes to complete. If making $4 per hour sounds interesting, you can try it.

Most people complain they received no value from the website and that it was a waste of their time. They could have instead signed up to real survey sites directly.

Some said they were presented with a dozen questions only to be told they were not ‘qualified’ to complete the survey. (WHAT a waste of 15 minutes?!)

Is BigSpot a Scam?

All BigSpot.com does is send people to various survey websites through them (like a middleman). While this adds no value to the user and often wastes their time, this can’t be called a scam as they are not ripping off anyone.

There are some who say you should stay away from the Bigspot com scam, and then there are some who rather like the middleman site since it makes the filtering task much easier so you don’t have to find dozens of websites manually.

BigSpot is definitely not a scam, but it’s also something you don’t want to join if you want to make money online. Completing surveys to make some dough is not the best option if you’re thinking about getting started in this online space though.

No one in their right mind will be satisfied with making up to $4 an hour. There are many better ways to make a living if you think about it; affiliate marketing is one such business model with which you can truly bring in some passive income provided you put in the work.

The market is full of bogus programs and pyramid schemes, and it’s often hard to find something legitimate that simply works. If you’re interested in working from home and want to follow a proven process, you should instead check out our top recommendation for making a living online.
