Can You Make Money With My Daily Choice or Is It a Scam?

Looking for some MLM platforms for making some dough? If you’re reading this My Daily Choice review, chances are you stumbled across the platform and are looking to do your own research first. That’s a good idea since it can help you find legit programs and also help avoid scams.

The popular multi-level marketing program has a mixed bag of reviews on the internet, and for a good reason. MLM programs are not for everyone since they require recruiting which is not fancied by many. So, is My Daily Choice a scam or a legit system? Read on to discover.

What Is My Daily Choice?

My Daily Choice ( is a multi-level marketing (MLM) firm that was launched by Josh Zwagil in 2015. As of 2017, it has merged with a company called HempWorx which was founded by Josh’s wife Jenna.

It’s apparent this has something to do with CBD. It is on the rise lately. As you might guess, MyDailyChoice provides sprays and various Cannabidiol Oils. It’s worth noting it’s a lot different than Marijuana which contains THC which causes a high. It seems to provide benefits minus the high caused by THC. Here are some of the benefits as claimed by the company:

  • Helps boost your immune system
  • Helps neutralize your body’s pH levels
  • Contains Vitamin B12 which is known to boost energy levels
  • Promotes weight loss
  • Helps you sleep better
  • Enhances mood and helps reduce anxiety levels

Some people love CBD, some hate it. Apart from the main product line, the company has an MLM program that we’ll throw some light on shortly. The business opportunity can help you earn by promoting the product aka recruiting others.

The Product Line & Compensation Plan

They have an 18-page compensation plan which you can refer to here. It’s a PDF file that is also downloadable. It explains the whole process in detail and we believe it to be a decent supplementary resource for this review.

The main website has a wide range of products to select from. The product line is somewhat similar to CTFO which is Hempworx’s rival company. Here’s an updated screenshot (yes, the website got updated and so did this review) for you to refer to:

There’s definitely some earning potential if you want to make money promoting their products. There are multiple ways to bank with the system, here are a few:

  • Sell products to people and fulfill from the main website – similar to how retail businesses operate. They buy at a wholesale price and charge a premium to retail customers.
  • Recruit people under you and get them to promote the various CBD products.
  • Rank better and earn perks (for recruiting, of course)

The company refers you (the promoters) as affiliates which we find interesting. This is more of a multi-level marketing program where you need to ‘recruit’ people under you to be rewarded. This is now how affiliate programs work. You’re more of a partner/distributor here.

With affiliate marketing, you’re simply selling products as if they were your own and you get a fixed percentage of every sale you bring to the product vendor. You bring a sale, you get paid, that’s it. Drive traffic to the product, close the deal and you’d be compensated in return.

Also, some MLM programs are classified as ponzi/pyramid schemes by Federal Trade Commission because they put so much emphasis on recruiting. Most of these are ‘pay to play’ scams where you’re required to upgrade your membership and pay a specific amount just to be able to receive commissions on sales up to that level.

This is one reason why a popular MLM program named MOBE was taken down by the FTC in 2018. It robbed hundreds of people out of their hard-earned money and it was classified as a scam (and taken down as a result). Digital Altitude was another such product that couldn’t last for long.

Another reason why MLMs are not recommended is that most people are not good at recruiting. Sure, if you’re a salesperson and enjoy networking and selling products, it may be your thing but for most people, selling is a nightmare.

Is My Daily Choice a Scam?

My Daily Choice is definitely not a scam. The MLM program is legitimate and they have some decent products to offer. That being said, if you’re not good at recruiting, this program is not for you. If you’re a beginner, you can do better with other business models.

There are people who make a killing with referring-style businesses, but most people struggle to make $200 a month with these. It doesn’t help that the company doesn’t provide rigorous sales training to help people promote the products as a partner.

The false hype (the usual get-rich-quick hype) leaves people with wrong expectations. When they fail miserably with referrals, they curse the product and this ends up in disappointment. As you can probably guess, multi-level marketing programs are not for everyone.
